Welcome to your sunny West Palm Beach getaway. This beautiful home offers a heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the town or nearby beach. Conveniently located, it's just minutes from the PBI airport and downtown West Palm and a short walk to the zoo making it an ideal day out for families. The house has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen, providing all the comforts of home in a tropical setting. Enjoy the Florida sunshine in style!
Pool heating is available for $25/day and is recommended for winter months. (Pool heat must be requested for entire stay at least one day before checkin to ensure heating time).
The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living space is open and comfortable with a large sectional, fully stocked kitchen, brand new laundry, and picturesque dining room with full wall glass sliding doors out to the pool deck. The home offers 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 3 Smart FireTVs, high speed internet and a dedicated desk work station.
The backyard features an outdoor dining table for 8, gas Weber grill, pool lounge chairs, and additional Adirondack seating all set on top of our new gorgeous blue marble pool deck. Enjoy the pool deck during the day and into the evening with bistro lighting throughout the entire backyard.
Guests have full private access to the property.
We live locally and offer a completely remote check-in process with a unique code provided to access the home during your stay.
The house is set in a quiet neighborhood with walking access to a great park and steps to the West Palm Beach zoo. Minutes to the beach, downtown, and PBI airport.

Our pool guy has access to the backyard twice a week for regularly scheduled maintenance and testing of the water.
Our landscapers access the property once a week to maintain the green space.

Adam’s place was phenomenal. The oasis outside was my favorite part of my entire vacation. It was very peaceful and private. I felt right at home. House is gorgeous as well and stocked up with all the things you would need. Definitely would stay againn

This place was immaculate and soooo comfortable. The backyard incredible place to hang out. We were able to watch the World Cup matches on the big tv outside in the evening. Very responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend and will stay again if I bring guests back down to Palm Beach area.

stayed here on a girls trip to visit peanut island ans Phil foster park , it was a gorgeous location besides to go to those parks we didnt even leave the house, very comfy beds safe neighborhood directly next to the zoo so it would be perfect to bring the kids on the future. I just need to know where they got the sheets and blankets , so cozy 😍 thank you for the fun weekend and such a beautiful place for us to stay

This place was amazing! A group of 7 of us went down for a bachelor trip and everything was perfect! Adam was a great host and was super communicative and responsive. The outside amenities area was definitely the spotlight as we spent so much time out there! Highly recommend!

Adam’s place was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. The pool and hot tub were such a fun time, the rooms were squeaky clean, there were more than enough towels, amenities, and anything you could ask for. Would definitely recommend Adam as a host and would stay here again.
